2023エディションの樽構成
このボトルは、マルス信州蒸溜所が保有する多彩な原酒の中から、
ブレンダーが厳選した以下の樽で熟成された原酒をバランス良くヴァッティング（ブレンド）することで、
複雑で複層的な味わいに仕上げられています。
・バーボンバレル（爽やかさ、バニラ香）
・シェリーカスク（甘さ、ドライフルーツ香）
・ポートカスク（華やかさ、ベリー系の風味）

紅茶のように豊かに広がる香りと、ふくよかな味わいが特徴です。
特徴色 (Color) 明るい黄金色。
香り (Nose) 紅茶のように豊かで華やかな香りが広がり、
アップルティーやあんずのような甘い果実のニュアンスが感じられます。
アルコール感は穏やかで、全体的に爽やかでクリーンな印象です。
味わい (Taste) スムースな口当たりで、熟した柿を想わせる調和の取れたふくよかな甘みが広がります。
バーボンバレル由来のバニラの甘さと、ポートカスク由来のベリー系のニュアンスが複雑に絡み合います。
余韻 (Finish) 甘さが心地よく長く続き、微かなビター感や香ばしさが全体を引き締めます。

「シングルモルト駒ヶ岳」は、中央アルプス山系・駒ヶ岳の麓、
標高約800mに位置するマルス信州蒸溜所で造られています。
清冽な水 中央アルプスの雪解け水からなる良質な水を仕込み水に使用しています。
冷涼な気候 厳しくも穏やかな冷涼な気候は、ウイスキーの熟成を緩やかに進め、
原酒に繊細でクリーンな骨格を与えます。

Colour: Bright golden hue.
Nose: A rich, floral aroma reminiscent of black tea unfolds,
with sweet fruit nuances like apple tea and apricot.
The alcohol sensation is gentle, creating an overall fresh and clean impression.
Taste: Smooth on the palate, a harmonious, full-bodied sweetness reminiscent of ripe persimmons spreads.
The vanilla sweetness from the bourbon barrel intertwines with berry-like nuances from the port cask, creating a complex interplay.
Finish: The sweetness lingers pleasantly, with subtle bitterness and a toasty note providing structure.
A clean yet substantial finish, well-balanced.
Mars Shinshu Distillery and Terroir
‘Single Malt Komagatake’ is crafted at the Mars Shinshu Distillery,
situated at an altitude of approximately 800 metres at the foot of Mount Komagatake in the Central Alps range.
Pure Water: We use high-quality water sourced from the meltwater of the Central Alps as our mash water.
Cool Climate: The harsh yet mildly cool climate slows the whisky's maturation,
imparting a delicate and clean structure to the spirit.
